You can request an exchange & return by sending us an email at b.aapparels@gmail.com along with your Order Number. Product can only be exchanged from the B&A Apparels within 07 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered with the price label intact along with the purchase receipt/invoice.
Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from Pictures, therefore products cannot be exchange for this reason.
Exchange or refund of any product will take place, if the product has any manufacturing defect.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
If any product purchased at full price goes on sale it will be exchanged at the marked down price or up price.
